FROSIO NEXT carried out the design and the construction of a revetment wall in the riverbed of the Mella river in order to protect the foundations of some buildings in Gardone Val Trompia (BS).

February 11th, 2021: the new Calcagna hydroelectric plant on the Mella river has become operational. FROSIO NEXT followed all the design phases (from the revision of the original project to the construction design), and construction phases (Works Supervision, Safety and Commissioning).
FROSIO NEXT is the only Italian partner of the HYPOSO project, a prestigious project aimed to support the European hydropower industry in Africa and Latin America.
