The project

Frosio Next provided technical support for one of the potential buyers interested in the largest hydroelectric deal in Italy in recent years: the transaction involving the sale by ERG of the Terni production core (26 plants with a total installed capacity exceeding 600 MW). The service, based on the evaluation of documentation provided by the seller and the acquisition of additional assessment elements through site inspections, allowed the buyer to obtain sufficient information for determining the offer price.
